Wilson Family,
Mike was instrumental in the creation and support of the Woods Quality Center (WQC). The WQC was established by Grant Wood AEA and Kirkwood to support Total Quality Improvement for schools and businesses. Through Mike's leadership and personal insights as a WQC Board member, we were able to create numerous training opportunities and partnerships between students and business leaders. We are grateful for Mike's years of community service, enthusiasm, and always those warm smiles.

I served on a civic volunteer group with Mike and found him to be the most generous person in his time, insights, and other ways. Cedar Rapids benefitted greatly for his time with us. Thank you, Mike!

Mike Wilson was my friend. He lived his life well an left this world better than he found it. He was a kind person who cared for others. Those of us here at Cottage Grove Place were fond of him. We celebrate the life of a good man by doing our best to follow his example. God Bless his loved ones as they remember all he was and did.
