Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home
This classic funeral home features limestone architecture that blends perfectly with the natural beauty of
Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. It features a large reception room for visitations and funerals, as well as a comfortable lounge for family members to gather.
Cedar Memorial Westside Chapel
This traditional funeral home located on 1st Avenue west of downtown Cedar Rapids combines colonial architecture and a comfortable home-like setting. It has served families on the west side of Cedar Rapids and surrounding communities since 1966. Cedar Memorial brought this community funeral home back to local ownership when they acquired it in 1978. The home has been completely remodeled.
Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories
As stately and enduring as the Old English churches after which it is patterned, the Chapel of Memories is a haven of comfort for those who have lost a loved one. Many families choose to hold the funeral in this sanctuary where the tradition of a candlelight service brings inner peace.
We are pleased to announce that, for the first time in over 20 years, there will be an addition to the Chapel of Memories Mausoleum. Act now to get substantial pre-construction savings! The Corridor of Hope 2nd Addition will feature Italian marble companion and single crypts, accents of beautiful native black walnut paneling and large arched windows.
Three Private Family Sitting Rooms will also be available for those who wish to have a stunning, personalized area of their own.
