Carol: Although we never got to hear the cowboy story, we always knew that Al was a special person we were lucky to know. Al was always interested in the lives of others, generous in spirit and fun to be with. He had a full life of 94 years, made so in large measure for having had you in it. You have our sincere condolence and prayers of support.

Deep sypathies to you Carol on the loss of Al. I know this has been a long and difficult journey but I am thankful that you have so many great memories. I always admired Al a great deal and consider him to be one of my greatest mentors. He was such a caring person, extremely business smart and a pleasure to work with. My prayers are with you and your family.

I have the fondest memories of Great Uncle Al and Carol coming to visit our family on the Oregon Coast when I was a young girl! You were always kind, comfortable, fun, and generous. My prayers are with you during this sad time, Aunt Carol. Love, Jamie (Eileen's granddaughter)

RIP Al

Sister Carol, you will always have your memories of trips with Al to his Navy reunions but also so much more. We have our memories of our sibling trips with Al and the many places we traveled to and the fun we all shared. We will never forget our crazy Phase 10 card games shared between our homes and the fabulous food provided. Al's past in Nebraska, his tour of duty during WWll in the Navy and many fish stories. Our fun on our houseboat on the Mississippi River, and so much more. Baking mincemeat cookies or pies at Christmas was for Al and Janice. No one else enjoyed it as much as Al. miss you Al and all the good times together. You earned your rest.

Dear Carol, We were so sorry to hear about Al’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Dick and Joyce McGowan

Al you are my best friend and we had so many good times through out the years. I will always think of you and Carol and someday I will see you again.

Carol I am sorry for your loss. Will not be able to attend his visitation because I am on the East coast for the holidays. Extend my condolences to the family.
