Larry and I were so sorry to hear about Dick. It is so hard to put into words all the memories we have of living next door to Dick & Patty, Jenny, Jamie, and Sarah for over 30 years. You would often find Dick sitting on their front porch and he would invite us over. We had long discussions about our kids, grand kids, and life in general. Dick had a great attitude about things even when his health started to fail. He was a very nice person and great neighbor. He will be missed.

Dick and I became friends in 1964. We then became brothers when he said I was the brother he never had. That was a great honor because of the man Dick was. A devoted
Husband to his wife, and a loving father to his children.
We called each other on our birthdays for 50 years. In Vietnam it was the MARS line. Tonight I will call you on my knees using the God Line.

Sandy and family.... Words are so hard at a time like this. I remember Dick from high school and probably haven't seen him since then, although we'd talked on the phone when I was visiting in CR. Always had a sense of humor that I'll always remember. Thoughts and prayers to all of you.
