What a joy it was for the residents at Cottage Grove Place to get to know Pat. She was an advanced soul who loved to be around people. We had many conversations, and I always enjoyed her great sense of humor. She was proud of her family and truly enjoyed living her life. I join in the celebration of her life. We are all better off because she was here. The best thing to do is remember her well. She would like that. William C. Jacobson Fellow resident at Cottage Grove Place.

So sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. I have many fond memories of growing up next door to your family on 24th St Drive! I was blessed to meet up with your mom again at Cottage Grove Place and relive those memories. She was such a great lady❤️

To Peggy and siblings: Blessing to you during this time of your mom's passing, she always had a smile on her face, a great lady. I am a former coworker of Peggy's at Amana Refrigeration. Take care. Linda Haney

Mark and Mike, sorry to have seen your mom's passing, and that you dad had also passed prior. I remember them well back in the day. But then always seeing them as a fixture of st Matt's church.

Mike & Mark, I am so sorry to see your mom's passing. She was the sweetest lady. I will keep your family in my prayers.

I was crushed to see that Pat had passed away. I got to know Pat and Don years ago when I started working in the Mercy Print Shop. They volunteered there for special projects as needed. I was even invited over to supper one time when they had moved to the condo. I met Peggy once or twice and one of the twins who would oversee projects at Mercy. Although I've lost touch with Pat the past few years I know she was doing well. I used to tease her about her implant in her toe and that she could probably kick a football for a mile with it! Pat and Don were such a good couple. Take care, Grant Carter - Cedar Rapids

Pat was a wonderful woman! She had a great smile and personality. I knew her as a patient and fellow condo dweller and St. Matt’s parishioner. Please accept my deepest sympathy. Dr. John Wollner

Pasty going to miss you my friend. Enjoy zip lining from cloud to cloud in heaven. My thoughts and prayers go to your Family, God give them comfort during this time. God bless
