Dick hired me to work at Drugtown when I was in high school in early 1970. I would cash my check from Bill Aossey at Drugtown and he one day suggested I work for him. It was a great job and Dick was great to work for. He taught me so much about customer service, leadership (eamwork praise in public, share improvements in private). I used what I learned from him throughout my career. A truly great man.

I house sat for Dick and Jo for several years watching Toby, Teddie, and Maggie. I have fond memories of both of them and loved listening to their stories! They will always hold a special place in my heart.

I was one of the lucky ones , I was friends with his daughter Amy in High school got to see what a wonderful husband/father he was. After my high school days I went to work for him at Drug Town on Wilson Ave SW. I learned so much from this man, he Truly wa a legend in our company. ❤️
