Joyce Alice Clark, 74, of Cedar Rapids went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, August 22, 2026. Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday August 31, 2026, Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, with a visitation beginning at 12:00 pm-1:00 pm at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Joyce is survived by her beloved niece, Michelle (Norman) Laster, Tennessee; and her beloved nephew, Paul (Rose Peat) Clark, Virginia; her great nieces Dominique Laster, lona Clark and Aurora Clark; great nephew Norman (Bubba) Laster II. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard F. and Virginia A. (Boyd) Clark; brother Gary Clark and nephew David Clark.
Joyce was born August 8, 1952, in Cedar Rapids. She graduated from Kennedy High School and attended Kirkwood Community College. She worked at the Giant Store and retired after 35 years as the Deputy in Charge of the Linn County Motor Vehicle Department. Joyce was a member of the Eagles Club; Moose Lodge and VFW.
Joyce loved to travel; traveling all over the United States beginning with yearly family vacations as a child and continued on with friends in her adulthood. She was an avid Hawkeye fan and loved spending time with her beloved family and friends.
