Ron and I are so sorry to hear of David’s passing. Please accept our condolences.

David helped create a great family in Cedar Rapids. I worked for Brian at Norand, and worked with Dan. I noticed this Memorial as I was preparing for my own Mother's passing, Marian Arens. She and David likely brushed elbows in the CR Real Estate market. Sorry for your loss. Best Wishes to your amazing family.

So sorry to hear of Davids passing. Thoughts and prayers with you all. Your dad was always very kind person. Thinking of you all.

Linda and family It was a pleasure to get to know Dave as a fellow resident at Cottage Grove Place. A delightful man who had a sustaining positive attitude, he was a joy to be around. I join with those who are celebrating his life. God's blessings on you all. William C. Jacobson

Linda, I remember fondly our time working together at Smulekoff's. I knew of your love for David and your family by the wonderful stories you shared. I wish you peace and comfort during this time of grief.

Dear molly and family. Sorry for the passing of your father. I enjoyed talking to your parents when they came into the hutch. May you always keep their memories in your heart. 💜

Dear Schultes: What an incredible legacy Dave leaves to this world. A beautiful faith-filled family and the far-reaching love and friendship of his community. I reflect fondly on his involvement with youth sports and feel grateful for his contributions, especially our state championship youth baseball trip to Minot, ND which ties so many men together to this day. I feel so fortunate to have known him and to have been a teammate with Pat and Mike. He and Linda have given me the greatest gift - a lifelong friendship with their wonderful sons and I am forever grateful. At this time of grief, may your entire family feel the love and comfort of all of our prayers that we offer for you today. May God wrap His loving arms around Dave in His Heavenly Paradise for eternity. May you find peace knowing that Jesus took the sting out of death for those who believe as Dave does. The prize of our Heavenly Father is now his. Strength through Faith, Tim White and Family

Dear Brian, I am so sorry for the loss of your father. As I read about your father’s life, I had a glimpse into how you grew to be a gentleman and true friend. Regardless of the time we are gifted with our parents, we always want more. Because, there’s just so much love to share. Thinking of you and your family. Pam Hackbarth

I worked with Dave at Gibson REALTORS. He was just one of the nicest guys I ever met. My sincere condolences and best wishes to his Family. We Winter in AZ so I can't be there in person but my spirit will attend. Great guy!

Dear Linda and family sorry to read of David’s passing. As you age you remember people from your past. It was so long ago but we had good times when worked at Bell . That was 1954. So sorry. I live in Fort Collins Co now but am 91 and still remember you both.

Dear Schultes, I was sorry to hear of David's death. He was a great neighbor and raised a beautiful family with Linda. Know that I'm thinking of you all during this time of grief.
