Jon, I am so sorry for your families loss. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers

Norene, Craig, Jon, Susan ...So sorry to hear about the passing of your husband and father. It was so nice to see all of you this past summer. My thoughts & prayers are with you.

Sorry to hear of your dad's passing, Jon. I enjoyed looking at the pictures on this memorial. Take care and will see you next time when I am in CR.

Dear Norene & family, It's very hard to lose a husband, father, grandfather or friend. I want to express my sympathy to you all! Charles was on Police Dept same time as my husband John, & know it wasn't always easy job! God Bless!

So sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you.

The Almighty needed him now, - HE IS HOME !

I am saddened to hear of your loss and I will be thinking of you all in these difficult times. God bless.

To the Jelinek family: Please accept our condolences on your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this most difficult time. We hope that comfort and peace come to you. We know he will truly be missed. May God bless all of you. Jim and Carol Voss

HE WAS MY UNCLE AND A VERY SPECIAL PERSON IN MY LIFE. I WILL MISS HIM VERY MUCH. MY THOUGHTS ARE WITH THE REST OF THE FAMILY.

My prayers are with Charlies family. It’s hard to make the adjustments in your life. But, Larry is with me so many times: Church, when I’m with our family, and when I get a parking place close to the entrance to a store. May God be with your family always.

Dear Precious Norene and Family, All of you are in our prayers. We loved Charlie dearly. He will always be in our hearts. We love you dearly, muchly, and always, Pam Abdo and Family

I was honored to be able to provide Charles one more ride on patrol.

Chuck always had something funny to say about everything. He had such a terrific sense of humor. He was one of a kind. My heart goes out to his wife and family. May "GOD" bless them all. "WYATT"

Deepest sympathy to the Jelinek family. In the 1960s I was a stenographer in the Detective Bureau and always enjoyed Charlie's friendship.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Norine and her Family. Charlie was a Class Act and Good Friend. He was a Mentor to many of us
