Sherrill Sue Husmann, 85, of Robins, Iowa passed away Sunday, February 15, 2026. A visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m., Thursday, February 19 at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. A visitation will also be held Friday, February 20, from 9:30 a.m. until the funeral service at 10:30 a.m., at Faith Bible Church, Cedar Rapids. Entombment following at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Sherrill was born July 20, 1940, to John and Virginia (Snoddy) Frady in Fairfield, Iowa. She married Edward Husmann on April 10, 1976, in Cedar Rapids. She retired from Rockwell Collins after 30 years.
Sherrill enjoyed planting and maintaining her flowers, mowing her yard, was active at her church, Faith Bible Church and loved day trips.
Sherrill is survived by her loving husband, Edward; children, Chad (Lorena) Zody, and Dawn (Bill) Osgood; brothers, Tom (Kim) Frady, Richard Frady; sisters-in-law, Helen Christiansen and Betty Ham.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Dean Zody; brothers-in-law, Robert Husmann, Ernest Husmann, Alva Husmann; sisters-in-law, Velda Hollowman, Velma Jensen, Lucille Lund, and Lois Mott.
