Norman Craig Stigers, 67, died at St. Luke’s Hospital, Cedar Rapids, Friday, June 2, 2023, after a long battle with cancer.
Norm was born October 25, 1955, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to the late Phyllis Jean (Haynes) Stigers and Fred R. Stigers. He graduated from Cedar Rapids Prairie High School in 1974.
