Bruce William Richards, 70 of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at his home. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM at the funeral home.
Bruce was born June 07, 1952, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa the son of William and Naomi (VanAusdall) Richards. He was a lifelong resident of Cedar Rapids. Bruce participated in vocal and instrumental music at First Church of the Nazarene, where he was also a member.
He is survived by his brother, Roger Richards of Cedar Rapids, IA; an uncle, Robert (Geri) Richards of Van Meter, IA; and loving extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents.
