We were so sorry to see that your mother had passed away she was a great lady we will miss her greatly. We’ve known your mom and dad since we were teenagers and going to Saint James Church sending love and hugs to all of you

I was shocked to learn of Barb's passing. I feel as if I have lost a DEAR FRIEND. I only knew her through the Czech cemetery, but she was the essence of sweetness and kindness to everyone she met. God bless her soul.

My deepest condolences to the Edmunds family. Barb was one of a kind. Her kind, gentle spirit will be greatly missed. I worked with her on a professional level however she never made me feel like that. She made me feel as if we had ben friends for years. She taught me many things about the cemetery & headstones. Her dedication to Czech National is admirable it was not a "job" for her it was a passion and it showed through. I will miss her very much however will smile each time I visit.

We will miss Barb greatly. We both loved to visit with her when we were at the cemetery and she was working. She was totally dedicated. She was one of God's best. We hope she is sitting at the right hand of God.

I am so sorry for your loss. Barb was a classy woman and a great neighbor to us, she was always concerned about us and called frequently to share baked items with us. I could never have asked for a kinder neighbor. We will miss you Barb. Frank or Scott, if you need anything don't hesitate to ask. Hugs, Debbie Brubaker

So very sorry to read of this in the Gazette, especially to you Dennis----I hope you are still cooking---you were stellar in class. I have enjoyed working with both Barb and Frank at the NCSML. Shirley Alexander

So sorry for your loss. May she Rest In Peace. It was a pleasure to get to know Barb through their many visits to the Pugh’s house in Columbus.

Sorry to hear about Barb. Thinking about you and your family.

Frank and Barb devoted so much of their lives maintaining the grounds, and operations at the Czech National Cemetery. Their love for it, and the Czech community are commended. Thank you Barb for your years of service and class. Rest in the peace you do deserve.

Scott, We were very sorry to hear about the passing of your Mother. We send you our deepest sympathy at this very difficult time. Giora and Toni Neta

I saw Barb only two months ago at Czech National Cemetery. It's hard to believe she is gone. She was always so pleasant to deal with --never lamenting about the past or the present -- loving Frank and her dog -- always doing what needed to be done and so pleasant and accepting of everything. She will always be thought of at Czech National. God bless her, Frank, and her children.

Sending my thoughts and prayers for Barbs family. I worked with Barb a long time ago and she truly was one of a kind. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

Sending all of you my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Even though I had only met Barb within the last few years while working at the Czech National Cemetery, she has left me with a lasting impression of what a beautiful, classy and kind person she was. She always made a point to stop and visit with me when she would see me there and it was always a pleasure. I truly would have never guessed her age. So young at heart. I will miss seeing her and our visits.

It's been a long time since Barb and you and I ran into each other but the one thing I will always remember about her was what a truly classy lady she was. Everyone is going to miss her.

Expressing my sympathies to all of Barbs family and her husband Frank. She was a hard worker, a caretaker for Frank, and devoted to her church. She will be missed.

Sorry to read of Barb’s passing. We met Barb and Frank while campers at Wildwood Acres.

One of the Great Ladies of our time, I met Barb while working at NWBell. She had a quite elevated position but was absolutely humble in her demeanor. Over the years, she made and decorated several cakes for milestones for me and my family, all so beautiful and noteworthy. Just a few years ago, my son and I attended a Drum Corps Midwest competition in the Chicago area and sat behind a young man with whom we struck up a conversation. We were surprised to learn he was from CR and shocked to find out he was Barb and Frank's son! Small World that was blessed to have Barb in it. My condolences to the whole family.

My sympathy to all of Barb's Family. She was a hard worker. Yours, John A. Kuba Podivin Czech Republic

I am deeply saddened by the passing of barb. I did babysitting for her and frank. Also st James myf group. She loved her church and was a lovely lady. Will be greatly missed.

I was saddened to hear of Barbs passing. She was an energetic and kind person who would help you at the drop of a hat. She made and decorated beautifully cakes and did our wedding cake in particular years ago. We thought it was so cool to have a working water feature and Barb made it happen. She helped so much at her church and endlessly for the Czech society in her and Frank's life. Rest in peace Barb you will be missed by many who knew you. God bless and prayers to the family.
