Vicki Kaye Mason, 75, of Marion, passed away Sunday, May 4, 2025, at UnityPoint St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids. The family will greet friends at Noelridge Park Church from 1:00 -2:00 PM on Saturday, May 10, 2025. A memorial service will follow and begin at 2:00 PM.
Vicki was born May 11, 1949, to Robert and Betty Jane (Bristow) Harris in Creston, Iowa. She married the love of her life, Charlie Mason, on May 18, 1974, in Cedar Rapids. She worked many years as a market research analyst. She enjoyed fishing, camping, vacationing with her family, card games with family and friends, and going to antique car shows with her husband in their 1955 Oldsmobile.
She was a selfless individual; she would prepare meals and take them to those in need and was always there to help her children in their time of need. Vicki had a big heart and loved those closest to her, especially her dogs. She loved her family, friends, and her church. She will be truly missed by those who knew her.
Vicki is survived by her loving husband, Charlie; children, Randy Mason, Shelley Lawson, Josh (Ivett) Mason, Anthony (Stacy) Mason, and Jenaya Mason; grandchildren, Sari and Aaron Mason, John Wallerich, Sean and David Smith, Desi and Makayla Wallerich, Miracle and Joshua Mason, Diego Quevedo, Caleb (Nattasha) and Logan Mason; six great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her son in laws, Randy Wallerich and Jody Lawson.
