Sue, I’m sorry to hear about the loss of your mother , keep the memories of her close to your heart . I agree with what Nancy said , you were always caring and sweet

I remember Aunt Sheila with fondness and love. We were blessed with her presence. I share a poem: Hope was just a whisper when Sheila was young when myriad possibilities lay before her when choices were multiple when discovery happened daily that she would see God. Hope was just a whisper as she entered middle age assumed responsibilities developed lasting relationships lived with her choices that she would see God. Hope was just a whisper as she grew older shared her wisdom long honed through suffering, mistakes, peace and reconciliation that she would see God. Hope is now a cry a shout, realizing life is not ended but fulfilled for Sheila now sees God; And will forever. An original poem dedicated to my aunt, Sheila, by Sister Kathleen Grace

Kevin, Peter, Suzie and Scott: So sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. I have many great memories of Aunt Sheila as I know you all do as well. Her engaging and upbeat personality was always a joy to be around. Condolences to all of you.

Kevin and family, my heartfelt condolences to you all. Pam

Dear Paulys, I was so sorry to hear of Aunt Sheila's passing. May happy memories ease the loss of your beautiful mom.

A few years I shared a dinner with Sheila and her daughter Suzette (Sue). I have worked with Sue for many years at West Side Transport. I can easily say she got her sweetness and caring personality from her mother! What a delightful lady! She thanked me for obtaining Iowa women's basketball tickets from our employer so Sue could take her to games. She so thoroughly enjoyed the games even before Clark came on the scene. I only had the joy of meeting her twice but could tell she loved life and valued her friends immensely. My condolences to her family and her friends. I am sure her absence in your life will be noticed daily. Remember all the good times and her warm smile. May God Bless you all and ask that he send an angel to comfort you during this difficult time. I am a better person for having known her. I recently retired and I miss see Sue everyday. Take care everyone and Be Safe!

My sincere condolences to Shelia’s family. My husband, Harvey Newkirk, was a first-cousin to Shelia. Harvey passed away in September 2015. We enjoyed chatting with Shelia at the Newkirk Cousin Reunions past years.

Kevin and family, Please accept our deepest condolences for your loss. The loss of a parent is a very difficult thing to deal with. Cindy and I send our heartfelt sympathy during this difficult time.
