Dear Kathy, It has been a long road we've traveled together. I first met you and Jim in the fall of 1975, both as dear friends and precious Baha'i friends. I was so very pleased that you and Jim could attend my marriage to Andrew, and his getting to know you these past 9 years. No doubt Jim is beyond joy at finally ascending to the Divine Realm where he is reunited with friends and family. We share with you both joy and loss. Our prayers are always with you and Jim. With our love, Susan and Andrew

To all of the family, and especially to my friends Pat and Scott, I am so sorry about the loss of your brother and loved one. He sounds like a truly great guy. May you find comfort and peace.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim at two different locations in Cedar Rapids. He was always kind, courteous and easy to talk to. A good man! My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Jim was a classmate of mine at Mount Mercy College, class of 73. i enjoyed him as a friend and admired the life he lived. He fought through his troubles and still lived the good life. My condolences to his family.
