Our hearts are saddened to hear the news of Sara's passing. Sara and I grew up in the Congregational Church with confirmation class, choir and all things church. We were in the same Eldora graduation class of "67". It is a lesser world with Sara's passing! Blessings and Peace.

Sara, was a first class act. I enjoyed working with her professionally and am saddened to hear of her passing. Prayers for peace and comfort for her family.

Sara's passing is a profound loss to many. I always enjoyed our chats when she paid me visits to my shop. She was fiercely loyal and a champion for local business in our community. She sent me so many wonderful customers over the years through her business and supported me personally. I loved her pep talks and her infectious and upbeat attitude. I was always in a better place after I spent time with Sara. The best thing we can do to carry on her legacy is to be kind to each other just as she was to all of us. My heart breaks for Bob, Heidi, Tim and Leslie and the rest of her family and inner circle. RIP sweet Sara.

So sad to lose Mom! May fond memories soften your grief and may you find comfort and peace in the thought of the joy that knowing your loved one brought - for the time and space can never divide or keep your loved one from your side when memory paints in colors true, the happy hours that belonged to you! Thoughts and prayers coming your way!

Sara was very popular in high school. Sara was a friend to all and always had a smile for everyone. Her classmates will truly miss her at our reunions. Sara was President of the pep club, cheerleader, chorus member, chamber choir, thespians, school paper and speech. A full slate to say the least.

I am so saddened to learn of Sara's passing away. I much enjoyed working with Sara on various committees in Junior League through the years, and always loved having her as my bridge partner in various marathons. Such a nice and pleasant gal always! My sincerest sympathy to all of her family at this sad time.

Bob, so sorry to learn of Sara’s passing. Donna and I saw her and were able to visit briefly at Elmcrest Tennis ProAm just a month ago, where she was her usual charming and caring self. Our deepest condolences for your loss and that of your family.

Sara’s life will go on in each of us. Thinking of her will make us kinder to each other!

As a guest of the Vancura home, numerous times throughout my teenage years, I must say Sara was one of the best hosts this world will ever see. She always had a bright smile, and would make you smile and laugh. You were always comfortable in her home. It was ALWAYS a joy to visit with her. Her vibrant personality will be cherished, and missed, by many.

To Sara's family and friends, It was a shock this past Friday, when we learned the news of Sara's passing. As a fellow Rotarian and REALTOR, it just seems like the other day we were talking to one another. Bob and Tim, the rest of Sara's friends and family, may we find peace knowing she is in a better place, with God. Everytime I either walk or drive by the last listing of her's that I showed, it does bring me to think of Sara and Bob. With prayer and love, The family of Robin Tucker

The first thing that always came to mind at the mention of Sara's name was that wonderful smile. Remembering that and extending deepest sympathies.

Bob, Tim, Lesley, Heidi and family, Our hearts are broken. Sara has been a friend for so many decades. We will miss her smile and her positive attitude. Her resilience for any health curve ball has been legendary. Her partnership with Bob in every endeavor was amazing. She was SO proud of her beautiful, precious family! We will miss her so very much. We send our deepest sympathies. Juli and Marty

Bob, Tim, Heidi and family, I regret that I will be out of town and unable to participate in the celebration of a wonderful person and life. Sara's smile provided a keyhole view to her beautiful, caring soul. Seeing her and speaking with her always made me feel good.

I so enjoyed Sara in water exercise class at The MAC. She was truly a light in this world and showed God's grace and goodness. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Sara was an angel here on earth and now has moved onto being a heavenly angel. Every time I saw Sara, she had a smile on her face. What a terrible day for all of us here on earth but what a wonderful and joyous day in Heaven. Will miss you Sara.

What a beautiful tribute to a beautiful woman. Sara was such a kind and joyful presence. She will be sadly missed. Love and prayers for those she left behind.
