Johns family,
So sorry for your loss I worked with him many years ago at Iowa electric when I first started to work there. He was always kind and very helpful plus had a smile on his face. Last time I saw him was at methwick manor and had a nice chat. Treasure your memories of him

My heart is so heavy & I miss you so much already, Grandpa. All of my earliest memories begin & end with you. You've given Thanksgiving a whole new meaning to me & I wish I could tell you how thankful I am to have given you one last hug. Even up until your last hours you never stopped smiling or joking around. You are the strongest, smartest, bravest, man I know & I am so lucky to have had you for a role model all these years. I feel lucky to have an angel like you watching over me and I hope to one day be half the person you were.
92 years of life & almost 68 years of marriage. I couldn't be more proud to be your Granddaughter. I love you forever

I am sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of working with John in the accounting department for seven years at Iowa Electric Light and Power Company. I also remember him from his work with the Light Company Employees Credit Union. He was a really nice man.
