Dear Cyndy, over the years I’ve had the pleasure of knowing you, I’ve gathered many memories of you talking about your dad or pausing work (or even our countless fun times :-)) to check in with him. Your love and devotion to him were always clear, and I deeply admired that. I’m praying for your strength and sending you all my love as you navigate this loss. I hope your memories bring you comfort and peace in the days ahead. Much love to you and your family, my friend.

My dear Uncle Dick was there for me so many times. He would show up with bags of groceries when my mom and brother and I had no food. He would pay bills for us when we had no money to pay them. He was always there when my mom called and needed something. When I was about to become homeless when I was 19 he let me live in one of the houses he owned and paid me to work on it so I would have money. I remember when Uncle Jack and Aunt Mary had a pre wedding party for my wife and I he came up to me, handed me $50 and said to me, Kipp you know me, I'm not big on all this formality and cards. Get yourselves a case of beer and some wine. God this just made me smile. Whenever I needed things like Iowa football tickets, he would always get them for me. He was always a straight shooter and lived his life his way. He had a big heart. He came across a little ruff sometimes but he always ment well. I love you Uncle Dick ❤️

Sorry for your loss. May your father rest in peace.

Your dad was one of a kind. Condolences to your family.

Dickie bird, thank you for your visits to Nola. Enjoyed having you and sharing time together. Thank you to Cyndy for all she did in the last years to insure you were well and taken care of. Maybe a little karaoke with the big man. Love to you. Don.

My heart will forever love you and be grateful to you for the life you so fully lived. My heartfelt condolences are with all of the family as we grieve his loss. May his soul rest in peace and join those who have been waiting patiently for him in heaven. Love and sincere condolences❤️ Karen
