Our condolences to you all. I worked with Rita on 2 East for years and years. Her attitude make the job that less challenging. Following our retirements, a group of us retirees would gather for lunch once a month and catch up. Rita often knew what past patients were up to and we could always share good memories and good stories. She was that kind of great person. God blessed you with a great mon and we were all fortunate to know her as a friend.

We will miss our next door neighbor, Rita. She always had a friendly smile as we passed in the hall or shared an elevator ride. We were fortunate recipients of her cookie baking expertise on several occasions. She had a life well lived.
