Condolences to the Thomas Family. I have known Charlie since he started with the city. He and Dad were partners for several years on the night shift. Charlie was a great Cop and a great man. Rest in peace Charlie your memory and stories will last forever!

Charles was known in my youth through his brother Danny, as neighbors and friends. He was one we youngsters looked up to, for many reasons. My condolences to my childhood friend Danny and all the extended family of Charles.
