Tammy, Bob and I want you to know how deeply sorry we are to hear about Jim's passing! Jim was such a loyal friend to Bob all those years they worked together at Welty Way and then at Iowa Precision, and even after we moved to Alabama and started our new business! He will be greatly missed! Our deepest condolences to you and all your family! Sending prayers for comfort! God be with you sweetheart!

Tammy; Our deepest condolences and best wishes for you and your family in dealing with Jim's passing. I have fond memories of getting to know you and Jim during the AE International days, especially when you came back to work from New Orleans and said "guess what we did?" May your loving memories provide you comfort.

My deepest sympathies to the Heitt family. My husband Nick worked with Jim when it was Welty Way and Jim worked in the plant.they were not only co workers but good friends for 40 years before Nick retired. They negotiated contracts with Jim in management and Nick was the union steward and they always got along and were able to come to an agreement without any malice. Jim and Nick played softball together for many years too. He (Jim) was a good man and was always fair when he was a supervisor. I have fond memories of him and his family and will never forget Jim.He was a good friend. God Bless you all

Marty, Jeff, Tammy and families, Heartfelt sympathies. May your father’s memory be a blessing to you.

Your dad sounded like an amazing man. I am so very sorry for your losses. There is nothing like losing a father, your grounding. Take care of yourselves and your families.??
