Want to share some of my recollections of Bill with family: * A dear friend * Man of deep faith and especially devoted to Sanctity of Life * Hard working, understated, and with a brilliant mind * Dean's List student in 'Nova's hardest curriculum Electrical Engineering * As a Junior at West Catholic High his team won the 1953 Philly City Championship over Wilt Chamberlin's Overbrook High * He made the Villanova Basketball Team as a Senior, and became a starter during the 1957-1958 season. Note: he would have made the team in his underclass days but was unable to tryout because of afternoon engineering lab classes that the coach wouldn't rearrange for him * He was a well rounded player * Over the years we talked about the game 'Nova played against #1 West Virginia on 1/8/58, played at The Palestra in Philly where the HS championship was won in 1953 * To sum up the West Virginia game Bill would make light about holding Jerry West to 37 points as he fouled out after having scored 10. Nova lost the game 76-75 due to a controversial 5 second inbound violation near the end of game I would like the Brennan Family to know that you have my deepest sympathy and I will miss all of our catching up chats I have shared with Bill over the years. God Bless You All, Jim Curvan

Bill will be sorely missed. Enjoyed so many years of playing basketball together. As classy as they come.

Heartfelt condolences and prayers for Bill and his family. ??
