Flag Placement - Volunteers Welcome!

Join the volunteers with Honoring our Veterans at 8 am on Saturday, May 24, 2025. This dedicated group of volunteers will place 8,000 flags at the burial location of veterans at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. All are welcome to assist! No pre-registration is required. Arrive by 8:00 AM at The Family Center and Library (turn right immediately upon entering the cemetery off of First Avenue).

Cedar Memorial Family Center & Library, located at 4200 First Avenue NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402. After entering Cedar Memorial, take the first right. Volunteers will gather near the lower garage areas.
