Memorial

Joan Marie Mitchell 91, loving mother and beloved wife, passed away peacefully June 16th 2026. She was born on September 11, 1934, in Joliet, Illinois.

Love of family and devotion to her Catholic faith guided her wonderful life and inspired the family she cherished; she will always be loved, joyfully remembered and deeply missed. 

She is survived by her 4 children and their spouses, 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike.

Services will be private at her request. In lieu of flowers donations to Catholic Charities in her honor would be appreciated.
