Memorial

Christopher Joe Anton Dougherty, 55, passed away June 30, 2026, at home. A visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 10, at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 11 a.m. at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. 

Chris is survived by his brother, Tim; niece, Caity (Caleb) Mallet; nephews, Matthew O’Dougherty and Kasey (Latasha) O’Dougherty and four great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Dorothy Dougherty, and brother, Thomas Dougherty. 

Chris was a University of Iowa graduate. He was an avid Rough Riders hockey fan and enjoyed playing golf. He enjoyed vacations to Colorado.
