Joan Elizabeth Davis, 78, a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed from this world with her family at her side on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.  

Joan is survived by her husband of 57 years, Steve; two boys, Todd (Mary) and Jason (Teresa); daughter-in-law, Angela Davis; grandchildren, Alyssa, Erik, Taryn, Dakota, Sierra, Cassie, Becca and Beth; great-grandchildren, Zayde, Ryker, Huxley, Nora, and five others; sister, Joyce (Jim) Pfeffer; brother, Chris (Connie) Crisman; sister- in-law, Teresa (Rick) Davis; aunt, cousin and friend to many. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Nora Crisman; in-laws, Jack and Mary Davis; son, Mark; sister, Carol Hanson; stepbrother, Jim Butler; and brother-in-law, Wayne Davis. 
 
Joan retired in 2005 from Rockwell Collins after 25 years. Her biggest joy in life was her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

At Joan’s request, she will be cremated. A celebration of life will be held later. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oldorf Hospice House.
