In loving memory of Shirley: Though our paths crossed briefly, you left a lasting mark. In quiet grace, you held my hand, drew it to your lips, and kissed it. Surprised, I stilled my heart and returned the gesture, pulling your hand to my lips. Your smile in that moment revealed a lifetime of warmth and kindness. You touched my soul, leaving behind a memory filled with grace and love. Rest well, Shirley; your spirit lingers in the hearts of those fortunate enough to know even a moment of your kindness.

I was saddened to learn of Shirley's death. She was a steadfast helper at the Indian Creek Nature Center and I was always delighted to see her and chat with her as she helped prepare for the plant and Christmas sales. Rich Patterson

Mitchell, My thoughts and prayers go out to your family and friends over the loss of your mother. She sounded like an amazing person and lived a great life. It's a blessing to know that she is reunited with your dad.. Jody
