Quote I would like to share: “ When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure.”
Skip was a treasure and will be missed. Love you all.

Pam, Barb and Kelly, I’m so sorry for your great loss. I have fond memories of Skip when his kids were little, as were ours, and we would all gather for meals and fun. My deepest condolences to you and all of Skip’s family.

Hello. I am sorry I didn't make it to Skip's service. We started 3rd grade together in CC mid-year the same week I think. The first time he came out to the farm I gave him a roll of burnt copper wire because i did not even know what it was. He did :) We formed a bond from the beginning because we were both outsiders and Central City school was mostly bohemian and city folk and neither one of us fit very well . I will never forget when he brought some strange hard candy kind of like Lifesavers but square with no hole on the bus and I thought they were great. later he told me they were his moms stop smoking tablets and he got into big trouble ....Ha-Ha.................I still laugh just thinking about it. We always were friends with a couple of brief interruptions. Like when Leota McVay's granddaughter move to waubeeek. Skip was in love and I had no idea but met her on the gravel road on the south end of town while riding by on my motorcycle. We were 14 yrs old and he was so mad at me it wasn't good for awhile. She moved away and life went on. We were friends again. I moved away and we fell out of touch but crossed paths a few times over the years and it was always like he still lived down the road and we still rode Charlie Van Winkle's bus.
I always thought Cliff Senior was the funniest man I ever met and talked to him a lot as a kid and knew him better but please accept me deepest condolences....................Cliff jr. was a super good person and I am so sorry for your loss...God Bless !!!
