Sad to hear of Larry's passing. I met Larry at the old Central Branch of the YMCA. I always enjoyed talking with Larry, he had a wonderful sense of humor and a zest for life!! Larry was a "True American Patriot" and his deep concern for others was shown with his honorable U.S. Army and CRPD Service!! Rest Easy Soldier Your Mission Is Complete!! My sincere condolences to Larry's Family and Friends!! Respectfully, Charles F. Elias U.S. Army Veteran

I am so sorry to hear of Larry’s passing. My sympathy to Heather, Shawn and your families. I have many memories of watching the kids games with your Dad. My sympathy to John and Roxy as we had some great visits to your home. My thoughts and prayers to all you during this time. RIP Larry..

Uncle Larry loved John Wayne, so I will leave a quote he would have liked that 'The Duke' quoted: "Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It’s perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we’ve learned something from yesterday." Prayers for his family and I thank him for looking after me after my mom Verda died. You will not be forgotten. Your niece, Diane ♥

So shocked to read this. We lost track of each other so long ago and far away. You were such a good man and it sounds like you had a life full of your children, grandchildren, friends, and family. I wish you peace as you rest with Jesus. Kristine

Larry was a great friend and neighbor, he was willing to help out any way he could. I will miss his joke telling and getting together to talk about our feelings and those around us that we both knew. Rest in peace Larry and know you were looked upon as a fantastic man

Larry was my brother Dave's rookie partner upon becoming a CR policeman. All that knew him knew his strong will and love for Life. Larry was a good friend and always had several stories to tell....I'll miss him and our frequent talks as we'd pass each other .....Great loss
