Jessica Youngton

Born on Aug 28, 2003
Departed on May 12, 2023

She was such a bright light and will be missed by so many! My thoughts and prayers with her family.

I knew Jessica as "Lena". She dated my son Kyan. She had the most beautiful smile and the sweetest soul. I connected with her as we both have experience with mental illness and childhood trauma. She was strong and she was determined. I believed that her beautiful free spirit could take her anywhere. She had so much life ahead of her but I cannot help to feel that she is at peace. That she does not have the weight of the world, her mind, and her life experiences weighing on her. I feel like in an odd way, she can breathe. My deepest condolences to all that were fortunate to cross paths with her, to be greeted with her smile, to listen to her laugh, and to maybe share a hug. I hope these positive beautiful moments of her never fade for thise that appreciated her and I will absolutely make a donation in her honor!! Thoughts and prayers!

I was friends with Jessica “Lena” my senior year of high school and well after. She was so sweet and always so kind to me and will forever appreciate her kindness. She will be missed.

Words cannot express how saddened we were to hear the tragic news of Jessica's passing. She was beautiful, talented, and such a sweet soul. I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to know her and to work with her, Ted and Roxanne for many years. We know how difficult this time is for the Youngton family and we are sending them our very deepest condolences. We will make a donation to the Cedar Valley Humane Society in Jessica's honor.

Sweet, kind, goofy, life of the party, and very compassionate. Lena, I’m going to miss you so much. You are shining beam of light, you just always wanted better for yourself. I hope you are resting peacefully.

Roxanne, Ted & Family. I am so sorry to hear of Jessica's passing. I learned this past week that my son Eli was an acquaintance of Jess or Lena as he called her. Hugs, prayers, and love to the family.

I met Youngton while at basic training for the US Army. She was so kind. We would always make sure to talk and check on each other. We made lots of great memories together that I will cherish. Sending many prayers to her loved ones.

I’m very sorry for your loss, she was taken way to soon in a horrible way. She will never be forgotten
