She is survived by her sons, Brad Moubry of Flagstaff, Arizona, Jeffrey Moubry of Phoenix, Arizona; a niece, Trina Heath of Cedar Rapids and close friend and care giver, Duane Hepker of Cedar Rapids. Daughters of the heart include Amy Heying, Barbara Teahen, Carrie Siewert, Cher Stephenson and Kerry Weaver.

Karen will be remembered for always saying what she felt and meaning what she said. She was a faithful member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Cedar rapids. Special thanks to the staff of the Meth-Wick Community for their support of Bob and Karen.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Karen’s name to a charity of one’s choice.
