Robert Bott

Born in Rupert, ID
Departed on Nov 24, 2022

Caroline, Katie, Hannah and Eva, you are lifted in prayer. Robert was a man of compassion and lived life to the max. He leaves a wonderful legacy in Eva and will be remembered for the joy he brought to others.

Caroline, Katie, Hannah, and Eva, Cherie & I send you our deepest condolences! Robert was such a special friend to me. He was a true Christian brother and I miss him a lot already but I know he is with our Savior Lord.

Ladies what a great and beautiful write up on Robert’s journey through this life. He certainly made an instant impression on me with his wit and view of the world, now I know what formed his character. I will not forget our final meeting, in which I had no idea it would be our last. It was a bit of a shock. I was very sad to hear the news of his passing. I truly loved Robert as a friend and confidante. I understand the sadness and the void of losing a loved one, my condolences to your family. Just know his spirit will never leave you. There will be daily reminders of him. The memories never stop surfacing, bringing a smile or a tear.

My deepest sympathies to you Katie and your family. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to meet your dad but I know he had to be a beautiful person to have a wonderful daughter like you and granddaughter like Eva. He will always be with you whether it’s through your memories or the love you had for one another. Know that you’re in my thoughts and I’m here for you. Love you

Dear Caroline, Katie & Hannah, Our deepest sympathies for the loss of such a wonderful man. Robert’s smile and laugh always lit up a room! We are praying for all of you. Words do not suffice but we are with you in spirit. Much love, Anne & Mark

I was so very saddened to read of Mr. Bott’s death! I always enjoyed my visits with him and always thought of him as a nice guy. Reading his wonderful obituary made me realize what an interesting person he was! I knew about the coffee but learned so much else. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Caroline, Hannah, Katie, and Eva: I am so sorry for your loss. It was always clear how much Robert loved each and every one of you. He lived such a fascinating life (I will never forget his story about buying coffee beans from a little no-name stand in Seattle—some place called "Starbucks"). I am grateful to have known him, and I am sure nearly everyone he ever met feels the same way.

Thoughts & Prayers to a true gentleman. Robert always had a kind heart to everyone.
