Lois Mae Waller, 86, of Cedar Rapids, died Thursday March 3, 2022, at St. Luke’s Hospital following a short illness. Services: 11:00 a.m. Wednesday March 9, 2022, at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. A visitation will be held on Tuesday March 8, 2022, at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home from 4-7 p.m. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.

Survivors include her sons, Gary (Monette) Waller of Marion, Iowa and Russell (Sheryl) Waller of Marion, Iowa, her grandchildren, Tim (Mary Jo) Waller of Altoona, Iowa, Jami Waller of Marion, Iowa and Shanna (Spencer) Stumpf of North Liberty, Iowa.  

Lois was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Clayton Charles Waller, her brothers, Glenn (Sharon) Frasher and Harold (Pat) Frasher.

Lois was born November 30, 1935, in Winthrop, Iowa, the daughter of Henry and Dorothy (Neidy) Frasher.  She was united in marriage to Clayton Charles Waller on June 15, 1958, in Troy Mills, Iowa.  Lois was a nurse for St. Luke’s Hospital, a sales representative for Avon and volunteered at Linn Mar Schools. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Marion, where she helped coordinate funeral luncheons. She enjoyed crafts, traveling, Bingo and spending time with family. 

Memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association or Diabetes Association in memory of Lois.
