Chuck and I worked together at Rockwell in the mid/late 80’s. When I was pregnant in 1986, Chuck, I, and another co-worker named Lowell Dibble would go out to lunch a couple times a week and after eating we would go shopping for baby things! It was a great time. Chuck and Dixie, after Chuck retired had even watched our daughter and our dog when my husband and I went on a vacation. Chuck was always fun to be around! I will miss him. Dear Nosley family, I had the honor to care for Chuck for several years prior to my retirement. I always enjoyed visiting with Chuck . My condolences to the Nosley family on your loss. Chuck was a pleasure to work with at Rockwell Collins. I worked in Avionics Certification, and was appreciative that Chuck ensured his team produced the high quality documentation required. He also had a wicked fun sense of humor, which I enjoyed immensely. He knocked the stress off many a day for me, and I'll always remember him fondly.

Nosley family sorry about the loss of Chuck. Chuck and I worked together at Rockwell Collins in the late 80's and early 90's before he retired. We worked together on the Air Data product line. Chuck was fun to work with and had a good sense of humor and positive outlook. The last few years we reconnected when he and Dixie moved to Meth-Wick and lived across the hall from my parents. He was still the same guy I enjoyed working with years before. He will be missed.

38 years ago Chuck was the moderator of the First Baptist Church of Marion, Iowa. That same June Chuck was a part of the ordination service when I officially became a minister. He was the first person to call me Reverend. We played softball together, volleyball, and laughed a lot. I remember his son Kyle very well. I was very grateful to have his family in my life. The Nosley Family, Very sorry to hear about the passing of Charles. What a great story teller and a kind hearted soul. I'll never forget as a young boy when Charles, Dixie , Candise and Kyle would come to visit at my Grandma and Grandpa Kern's house in Mechanicsville. He would perform little magic tricks for us kids like lifting someone off a seated chair using two people but only using just their one finger each. We are so sad to hear of Chuck's passing. He was such a super person whom we both admired. I, Sharon, so enjoyed playing bells with him for many years at Marion Christian Church. He and Dixie were so fun to be around and both meant a lot to us. Thoughts & prayers to the whole family!
