Everytime I worked with Darren it was a true pleasure. He had a heart of gold and all the patience in the word to teach. Our Windstream NOC will not be the same in his absence.

Though in this business many of us never meet face to face. But I worked with Darren for many years, you get to know folks even if only over the phone. I enjoyed working with him and talking over the many aspects of life while waiting for some process to complete or another reason. He was kind and very enjoyable to work with and to know.
