I worked with Maria for over 5 years, her a member of the "rowdy night crew," and myself a member of the "elderly day crew??Never once did she act tired or crabby, she Always gave an excellent report with a smile. Maria was such a wonderful person. I worked with her on the night shift in the NICU for 4 years. She always made Work enjoyable and really knew how to take care of our sick babies. I moved to Indianapolis almost 7 years ago and have been following along with her courageous journey. She fought with grace and I love that she was able to go on her Disney trip. She will be sorely missed and I’ll be praying for comfort for family and friends during this extremely difficult time.
