Having grown up with Karl and knowing the Rosenbergs since the '70s, I have strong memories of John as a loving father and husband, a strong athletic man and as a hard working individual. I met John & Barb through mutual friends some 18 years ago. Reading his life background in his memorial, the first 5 words, "Humble sinner, servant of God", I believe, sum up and describe his life beautifully.
