AfterCare is the ongoing support and counseling we provide to families who choose Cedar Memorial for funeral, cemetery and cremation services. This support doesn’t stop after the memorial service is over. We are here to help you in the weeks, months and years that follow. AfterCare Counselor

As an AfterCare Counselor, Jane Brokaw visits with family members after a death has occurred. Jane delivers our AfterCare basket, literature and reading materials from our Grief Library. If you need assistance dealing with your grief, you may contact Jane at any time.

To request a helpful packet of information that includes a list of local grief support groups, details about grief seminars and access to a special GriefCare Line, please contact us online or at any of our locations.
